Supply Chain Management deals with the logistics of the flow of goods and services from suppliers to consumers. Inside the supply chain are a number of stages such as procurement, storage, transportation, and distribution. It requires a variety of skills including supply and demand estimation and forecasting, operations planning, financial planning, negotiation, technical support, and IT.
