The first dental professional a patient encounters is generally the front office staff. This interaction is vital to promoting the practice and making the patient comfortable.
Dental office administrators play a key role in enhancing operations in the dental setting. They perform essential tasks such as processing information, utilizing paper and electronic management systems, scheduling and keeping financial records all while demonstrating proficient interpersonal skills. They create a connection between clients and dentists by coordinating requests from both parties. The Dental Office Administrator program will equip students with the office administrative skills and clinical knowledge necessary to work effectively in a dental practice.
