LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After successful completion of this certification preparation workshop, the participants will:
Acquire knowledge in the key concepts of business analysis, knowledge areas, tasks, underlying competencies, techniques, and perspectives as highlighted by A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK? Guide) Ver. 3.
Be able to apply this acquired knowledge into their real-life business analysis assignments.
Prepare to pass the CBAP? exam.

This workshop is highly valuable for business analysts who wish to pass the CBAP? certification exam. Please refer to IIBA? website (https://www.iiba.org/business-analysis-certifications/cbap/) to see if you are eligible for the certification exam. Participants who do not have requisite experience can consider other certification exams by IIBA?, e.g., ECBA? or CCBA?.
