This program is designed to provide proficiency in business analysis and development, project management and financial reporting. Student learns sales and customer service skills They are taught marketing and account management tools. Student learns organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication and time management skills. Student also becomes proficient in use of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint. Business Administration program also teaches student to multi-task under pressure, prioritize and complete assignments on time with minimal supervision. By the end of the program student exhibit integrity and professionalism in resolving problems and handling stressful situations. Students are able to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and work collaboratively with other individuals and teams.
