The Accounting Diploma program provides students with a solid foundation of current accounting practices. Students will learn both manual and computerized accounting and computer applications. Our curriculum delivery combines instructor led lectures and computer based learning and supports active learning strategies by using case studies to demonstrate the connection between theory and practice. Evaluation methods include written and practical examinations as well as computer based projects and assignments.

Articulation? Credit Transfer
Graduates of the SCBT Accounting program may articulate to Canadore College of Applied Arts & Technology and receive a credit transfer of 9 credits towards the completion of the Canadore College?2 year Business Accounting Ontario College Diploma Program. (Articulating students must meet the admission requirements of Canadore College)
