PMI-ACP? (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification is the certification for agile project managers from Project Management Institute (PMI?). According to PMI?, the profession of project management is growing rapidly and millions of new project management jobs are created every year. Moreover, the organizations which are embracing agile project management approaches to manage their complex projects are likely to succeed more than those that don?t. This 21-hour workshop is based on PMI-ACP Exam Content Outline and prepares participants for the PMI-ACP? certification exam as well as for the real-life agile projects.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After successful completion of this certification preparation workshop, the participants will:

FORMAT OF WORKSHOP ?
The workshop uses a stimulating combination of instructions, workshops, quizzes, discussions and a practice-exam. Quizzes reinforce the concepts and provide the basis for a personalized study plan for exam success. A practice exam is part of the workshop and aims to help participants in passing the PMI-ACP? certification exam.
