Successful student may choose to progress to advanced qualifications such as MCSA, MCSE or MCITP.

Admissions Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent or mature student status and a passing grade on the admissions test.
Objectives
The necessary skills to provide technical support to end users within a small to medium size office.
The ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
An understanding of how to replace and install new computer hardware.
The knowledge to support all aspects of computer software applications and operating systems.
