The skills taught in this program will allow graduates to work in a variety of roles in the justice field. There are many careers that a graduate of the Justice diploma program can pursue, including:

Some careers that are highly desirable to prospective students, such as Edmonton Police Services officer, may not be possible right after graduation due to strict recruitment procedures and life/career experience and age requirements. NorQuest will provide information about the varied career pathways available throughout the program and will help students work towards meeting their occupational goals.
