Business plays a main role in the structure and functioning of contemporary world. Rapid changes in technology, structural shifts in the economy, resource allocation, changes in consumer preferences, and global rivalry all require a better understanding of the role and nature of business in today?s world. This program provides a well-rounded business education with a focus on business operations. In addition, students develop an understanding of the functions of human resources management. The program will help students develop specific knowledge and skills required by business professionals with an emphasis on key people processes that include recruiting, training, performance management, rewards, labour, and employee relations.
